At Diamanté Latina, our mission is to empower and educate Latina women in the United States, igniting their entrepreneurial spirit and promoting their financial independence. Diamanté Latina: Transforming Lives and Communities
Diamante Latina was founded by Rocio Verdin and SanJuana Diaz with the mission of empowering Latinas to achieve success and build generational wealth. After years as a race car driver, Rocio observed that many Latinas, despite creating LLCs, lacked financial education and continued to live paycheck to paycheck.
As an immigrant, SanJuana understood the difficulties Latinas face in a new country. Rocio decided to invest in her education and offer coaching, but realized that the community needed free access to this training. So, together with SanJuana, who had experience in another nonprofit organization, they created Diamante Latina.
The goal is to establish learning centers across the United States to teach Latinas the five points of “diamond compression.” Through this education, they seek to empower women to start successful businesses and in turn give back to the community, creating a cycle of success and support among Latinas. Diamante Latina is a movement to transform lives and build a prosperous future for all.
